i started keeping a log of this on K4L, will also start posting it on here. double incentive to keep on the straight and narrow:)- i'll start from yesterday:P
another longish work day, only 11 hours so shouldn't really complain.
breakfast- wholemeal toast lunch- Caribbean chilli beef dinner- stir fry veggies and rice
managed a quick weight workout
10x 20kg hammer curls 10x 20kg single arm shoulder press (each arm) 10x 15kg tricep kick backs (each arm) 10x 40kg single arm rows (each arm)
2x 2mins rounds on the 6' bag just had to hit something after the day i had

SUNDAY 30/1/11
big walk in the hills this morning, got to keep an eye out for foxes as lambing isn't far off so the .308 was along for the hike. used a GPS function on my phone which tracks your movements and speed, was out for 2hrs 7mins with an average speed of 2.9mph. quite pleased at that as i was off track on rough ground the whole time while keeping my breathing as regular as i could in case i had to take a shot.
